We were pleasantly surprised by our quick one-night stay at this hotel. This place is conveniently located and exudes a charming and cozy atmosphere, with a tastefully arranged building that carries a rich history spanning centuries. The staff here are superb, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The breakfast provided was simply amazing, offering a wide variety and great quality. Our room was comfortable and clean, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of travel. We particularly appreciated the amenities such as the mini-bar, sitting area, and free Wi-Fi, which added to our enhanced comfort. this hotel provides a luxurious experience with its attention to detail and quality service.

Everything, staff were great, breakfast was excellent. Clean & quiet rooms. Good location, only few minutes from Como & Mendrisio. I loved this place & will definatelly come back.

The breakfast was a nice start to the day, with a good variety. , the hotel's underground garage was a convenient addition for our rental car. the location was great for exploring both Italian and Swiss lakes.

Our room had some minor issues, such as some missing essential items like toilet paper and towels. , we found that the heating in the bathroom had been turned off so the room took a while to warm up.

The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and large, well-equipped bathrooms. The service is friendly and efficient, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of fresh products.

The hotel was beautifully situated on a field with playing kids which made me feel relaxed. The transportation was very convenient and the parking was ample. The hotel facilities were top-notch with an amazing pizzeria on the premises. The staff was cordial and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful renovation of an old building - fittings were excellent , bed linen lovely and a room with lots of space, both times we stayed . Sofa in each room, and a spa bath. Food in the courtyard restaurant was good, not fantastic, but used by locals both times and looked delightful. Breakfast very good, not to international hotel standards, but better than other Italian hotels.

If the hotel had a pool it would be marvellous. The shower was in the bath, and this is more difficult to manage when older. A walk-in shower ought to be provided.

Breakfast was very poor. No hot buffet, fruit looked tired, no vegetables. The hotel wasn´t full so receptionist did everything - also waitress during breakfast. We were looking on the same rubbish on the floor in public areas for 3 days - cleaning should be better.
